You feel like everything is going wrong.  You have no idea what you want in life…..and what’s worse is you don’t believe you deserve it even if you did.  Perhaps you’ve suffered a terrible blow such as the death of a loved one, a devastating divorce, or your job was there one day and gone the next.  It’s possible you’ve experienced a gradual decline and just can’t seem to turn your luck around.  No matter what the cause, you find yourself feeling hopeless, like a failure, depleted of all energy, wanting to spend your time locked up alone in the dark, or like no one cares.

You want to heal your heart, end the loneliness, have just ONE thing go right, or remember what it feels like (or perhaps discover what it feels like for the first time) to be truly happy.

You’re stuck in a never-ending “groundhogs day” cycle

Life isn’t terrible.  You’ve got a job, perhaps a partner and maybe even some decent friends….but for some reason you feel empty inside.  You’re wondering where the inspiration, passion and purpose are hiding.  It feels like you’re on a hamster wheel, spinning round and round through the same old, mundane routine every day.

You want to re-ignite a fire within your soul and live a life of meaning.


You have a good idea about what you want but aren’t quite sure how to make it happen

You have fairly decent clarity of where you are headed, but there’s one little problem….you have no idea how to get there.  You may have spent a decent amount of time in the past mulling it over, trying to find answers.  Maybe you’ve been to workshops or read books.  There’s just so much information out there….and all of it from conflicting perspectives.  How do you know which one to trust?
